  • No. ICY is an all-levels experience. The yoga portion moves at a moderate pace and includes modifications, while also offering options for participants who want to explore fuller expressions of poses and moving meditation.

  • Calisthenics focuses on bodyweight movements that build strength, control, balance, and endurance without relying heavily on equipment. It also supports functional movement patterns that help with everyday activities like standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing stairs.

  • Water and a yoga mat are recommended. If you have yoga blocks or a yoga strap, you are welcome to bring them, but they are not required. ICY is designed to be practiced with minimal equipment.

  • General gym or yoga attire is recommended. Wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably in different directions. Some participants may prefer fitted clothing, while others may prefer a looser fit.

  • Yes. People of all levels, ages, body types, genders, orientations, and backgrounds are encouraged to attend. ICY is designed to be inclusive and adaptable so participants can move at their own level.
